摘要： 为了评定内墙涂料抵抗常见生活污渍污染的能力,通过研究国外建筑涂料耐沾污性能标准,针对国内的实际情况,采用涂膜污渍去除率评价的方法,并依据大量实验结果选定6种污渍(食用醋、红茶、蓝黑墨水、水溶黑色素、醇溶黑色素、凡士林炭黑混合物)作污染源,用浸渍法或刮涂法将其附着在涂层试板上,经中性洗涤剂擦洗后,通过测定样板无污渍污染和擦洗污染污渍后反射系数的变化评定涂层试板的耐沾污性。该方法可以判断内墙涂料的耐沾污性能优劣,并具有可操作性和重复性,弥补了国内内墙涂料耐沾污性检测标准的空白。

Abstract: Stain removal evaluation test method has been carried out in order to estimate the capability of stain removal for interior wall coatings. It is based on the actual situation in China after investigating stain removal standard for architecture paints abroad. After a huge lab tests, six kinds of stains (vinegar, blacktea, blue-black ink, acid black 2, solvent black 7, combination of Vaseline and carbon black ) were selected. Dip or draw down the selected stains on the coating panel, then wash the panel with neutral detergent. The interior wall paint stain removal capability kas determined by the difference of reflection coefficient between the data before stain covering and after the stains removal Different performance of interior wall paints could be differentiated by this test method, which showed a good operability and repeatability. It has filled the vacancy in domestic stain removal test method for interior wall paint.
