摘要： 介绍了内墙涂料产品及近 5 年国家监督抽查的概况。 根据近 5年内墙涂料国家监督季度和联动抽查结果的统计数据，从内墙涂料产品的合格率趋势、主要产区产品质量、不同规模企业的产品质量、产品的不合格项目统计等方面进行分析，对目前内墙涂料产品质量状况作出了整体质量状况良好的评价，指出了当前内墙涂料质量问题的内部因素和外部因素，并提出了继续提高产品质量应采取提高原材料技术水平和在建筑工程领域加强监管的改进措施和建议。

Abstract: The supervision and inspection issues for interior wall coatings with the past five years conducted by national authority have been introduced. Based on the inspection results, this paper analyzes the eligibility rate and its trend, product quality in main production sites and/or different scale of coatings enterprises, and the disqualification items, etc., consequently gives a good evaluation of the comprehensive quality of interior wall coatings. Meanwhile, this paper points out the inner factors and outer factors affecting the quality of interior wall coatings,and gives the advices which improve the technical level of raw materials and enhance the supervision of construction engineering for the further improvement of product quality.
