摘要: 作为感光胶成膜物的聚醋酸乙烯酯( PVAc)乳液,其对感光胶的性能影响很大。为改善感光胶的性能,本项工作从聚醋酸乙烯酯( PVAc)乳液的合成出发,用丙烯酸单体、交联单体对 PVAc乳液进行共聚改性,采用种子乳液聚合的方式,制备了一系列的改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液及感光胶。测试分析了乳液的粒径和感光胶的动态热机械性能( DMA)、水接触角、吸水率、耐印性等。研究结果表明:添加硬单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)和丙烯酸异冰片酯( IBOA)的感光胶耐印性最好,使用单体丙烯酸乙酯( EA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)的感光胶固化膜吸水率最低,单体丙烯酸丁酯( BA)的加入会让感光胶固化膜的交联密度更大。在满足感光胶显影要求的同时,由丙烯酸酯单体改性的样品都能提高感光胶的耐水性能,除了单体丙烯酸异辛酯( IS)之外的其他单体对感光胶的耐印性都有改善。

Abstract: Polyvinyl acetate(PVAc)emulsion,as the film forming material of photosensitive adhesive,had a great influence on the performance of photosensitive adhesive. In order toimprove the performance of photosensitive adhesive,polyvinyl acetate(PVAc)emulsion was synthesized and copolymerized with acrylic monomer and crosslinking monomer,then by seed lotion polymerization,a series of modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion and photosensitiveadhesive were prepared. The emulsion and photosensitive adhesive were tested by particle sizeanalysis,dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA), water contact angle test,water absorption test,and print resistance test. The results showed that the photosensitive adhesive film with hard monomers methyl methacrylate(MMA) and isoborneol acrylate(IBOA)indicated the best print resistance,the photosensitive adhesive film with monomers ethyl acrylate(EA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)showed the lowest water absorption,and the addition of monomer butyl acrylate(BA)would make the crosslinking density of the photosensitiveadhesive film larger. While meeting the development requirements of photosensitive adhesive, samples modified with acrylic ester monomers could improve the water resistance of thephotosensitive adhesive. Except for the monomer isooctyl acrylate(IS),other monomers could improve the printing resistance of the photosensitive adhesive.
