摘要:

介绍了汽车车身涂装传统喷漆废水污水处理工艺,重点针对行业关心的水性涂料采用传统污水处理工艺时的处理效果及最终排放情况,通过理论分析、工艺试验、浓度检测等方法对水性涂料和溶剂型涂料的主要污染物和关键污染物的去除效率进行了对比分析,实验表明传统溶剂型涂料的污水处理工艺不仅适用于水性涂料,而且在部分指标上的处理效果更好。

Abstract:

The technology of the sewage disposal system of traditional solvent-based coating process for car body is introduced. In particular, the treatment efficiency and final emission of waterborne coatings based on the traditional sewage disposal are discussed via theoretical analysis, the process test, concentration detection and other methods which are used to analyze and contrast the treatment efficiency of the main pollutants of waterborne coatings and solvent-based coatings on the process of the sewage disposal. The results show that the sewage disposal system of traditional solvent-based coatings is not only suitable for waterborne coatings but also has better treatment efficiency for some technical indexes.
