不含硼酸盐的环氧防火涂料制备及应用

摘要: 研究了防火涂料的火焰传播指数、发烟指数、漆膜溶解失质量率、耐碳氢火焰能力及环境耐久性。 研究表明:不含硼酸盐的环氧防火涂料的漆膜溶解失质量率低于相应的含硼酸盐防火涂料,对环境水质干扰小;依据 GA/ T 714—2007 测试其耐碳氢火焰防火性能,膜厚 10 mm 时,耐火时间为160 min;依据 GB 14907—2002 和 ANSI/ UL 1709—2007 测试其在各种环境下的耐久抗衰减能力<15%,证明了其能应用于高层建筑、化工厂和海洋采油平台钢结构上。

Abstract: The fireproofing coatings with the flame spread index and smoke generation in-dex, hydrocarbon fire resistance and durability were studied. It was found that the borates-free epoxy fireproofing coatings with 10 mm film thickness could resist hydrocarbon fire for 160 min according to GA/T 714-2007. As exposed to various environments, the coatings showed the fire resistance time decreased less than 15% according to GB 14907-2002 and ANSVUL 1709-2007, indicating that the coatings were applicable to the high buildings, chemical facto-ries and offshore oil platforms.
