摘要: 针对某公司一涂装车间采用的水性 3C2B 工艺,通过实施一系列降低 VOC 排放的技术及精益管理措施,如烤炉废气焚烧、回收清洗溶剂、取消内装中涂、小泵系统生产、减少换色次数等,将VOC 的排放量控制在 20 g/m2以内,远小于工业涂装清洁生产标准中的 1 级排放标准 在 35 g/m2。该排放指标处于国内领先排放控制水平。

Abstract: Taking a waterborne 3C2B process of a company as the example, this paper dis- cusses a series of technologies and related regulation for reduction of VOC in coating workshop.These measures include burning of oven exhaust gas, recycling of washing solvent,elimination of inter-coat, utility of small pump system and reduction of times for color change, etc. Thus, the emission of VOC is controlled less than 20 g/m2, which is far less than the parameter de-scribed in the industrial standard of cleaner production and shows an outstanding level in China.
