摘要: 新能源汽车电池包防火涂料属于涂料应用新领域,市场前景广阔,目前已有多家涂料厂家推出电池包防火涂料,以双组分超薄膨胀型防火涂料为主。因其契合电池包轻量化、灵活设计及自动化的需求,防火涂料开始在电池包中应用,但对应用场景、施工和失效特点等方面的针对性有所欠缺,又一定程度上限制了其大规模应用。针对新能源电池包热失控时高温火焰、颗粒冲击等特点,综述了新型电池包防火涂料研究进展,如通过添加防火树脂提高耐火性能、陶瓷化提高炭层的强度、加入防火以外的新功能等,为新能源电池包防火涂料的开发提供了新的视野。

Abstract: New energy battery pack fire retardant coating was a new field of coating application, the market prospect was broad, several paint suppliers had launched battery pack fire retardant coatings, mainly ultra-thin two component intumescent fire retardant coatings. As it met the needs of lightweight, flexible design and automation of battery packs, battery fire retardant coatings had begun to be applied in battery packs, but there was a lack of pertinence in the application and failure characteristics of battery packs, which limited its application. In view of the characteristics of high temperature flame and particle impact during thermal runaway of new energy battery packs, this paper reviewed the research progress of battery pack fire retardant coatings, such as improving fire protection by adding fireproof resin, improving the strength of Char through ceramicization, and adding new functions other than fire protection, which provided a new vision for the development of new energy battery pack fire retardant coatings.
