高阻尼性涂层用苯丙乳液的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Performance of Styrene-acrylate Emulsion with High Damping Property

摘要: 采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以阴离子乳化剂和反应型乳化剂复配体系为复合乳化剂,引入硅烷偶联剂为改性单体,以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为交联单体,制备出自交联苯丙乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、马尔文激光粒度仪(Mastersizer)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)、动态热机械分析(DMA)对乳液和涂膜的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明,适量的硅烷偶联剂可使涂膜交联密度得到适当提高,使得改性后的涂膜具有良好的耐水性、耐热性,吸水率仅为3.89%,且具有优异的阻尼性能。

Abstract: Using anionic emulsifier and reactive emulsifier as compound surfactants, silane coupling agent as modifier, diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) and adipic dihydrazide (ADH) as crosslinking monomers, a self-crosslinkable styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared via semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The structure and properties of the emulsion and the film thereof were characterized by infrared spectrum(ft-ir ) Mastersizer, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA) and dynamic thermome-chanical analysis (DMA). The results showed that the appropriate silane coupling agent improved properly the crosslinking density of the polymer film, which led to better water resistance, thermal stability, lower water absorption(3. 89% )as well as excellent damping properly.
