摘要: 对汽车铝板、冷轧钢板、镀锌板混线生产的前处理工艺、设备布局进行了介绍;重点对汽车钢铝混线前处理工艺出现的问题进行了总结;就磷化不成膜、铝板磷化渣处理及旧线体改造等问题进行了剖析,提出了相应的解决方案。

Abstract:

This article describes the pretreatment process for automotive aluminum panel, cold rolled steel and galvanized sheet and the equipment layout therein. In particular, this article reviews the problems of steel/aluminium hybrid pretreatment process, including phosphate coatingfailure, phosphating residue treatent and old production line reconstruction, etc. and gives solutions thereto.
