摘要: 针对汽车发动机缸体上涂装的防护涂层经超声波 -化学清洗工艺容易被破坏和剥离的难题,研制了一种高性能水性单组分浸涂漆并研究其应用效果;探讨了浸涂漆的成膜物、润湿剂、催干剂和附着力促进剂对漆膜的附着力、耐水性、耐盐雾性和耐超声波 -化学清洗性能的影响。结果表明:选择水性丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂 TH-8180和改性水性环氧分散体 H-502-42W按照质量比 6∶4作为成膜物,选择润湿剂 BW-104E和 HOS 2413按照质量比 2∶3进行复配,同时,添加 5%无钴环保催干剂 OXY-Coat1101和 1. 5%附着力促进剂 MOAP 1880,制备的水性单组分浸涂漆对发动机缸体的润湿性良好,漆膜的干燥速度快,耐水性、耐盐雾性和耐超声波 -化学清洗性优异。

Abstract: To solve the problem that the protective coating on the automobile enginecylinder block was easy to be destroyed and peeled off by the ultrasonic-chemical cleaningprocess,a high-performance waterborne one-component dip-coating was developed and itsapplication effect was studied in this paper. The effects of film former,wetting agent,drier and adhesion promoter on the adhesion,water resistance,salt spray resistance and ultrasonic-chemical cleaning resistance of the paint film were discussed. The results showed that thewaterborne acrylic modified epoxy ester resin TH-8180 and the modified waterborne epoxydispersion H-502-42W were selected as the film-forming material according to the mass ratio of 6∶ 4,and the wetting agent BW-104E and HOS 2413 were selected according to the mass ratio of 2∶3. At the same time,5% cobalt-free environmental protection drier OXY-Coat1101 and 1. 5% adhesion promoter MOAP 1880 were added. The prepared waterborne one-componentdip-coatings had good wettability to the engine cylinder,fast drying speed,excellent water resistance,salt spray resistance and the ultrasonic-chemical cleaning resistance.
