摘要: 随着涂料工业的发展,对涂料分析的要求也越来越高,扫描电镜能谱仪(SEM/EDS)是涂料微区分析的重要手段之一,它在分析样品表面形貌的同时还可以分析某一微区的元素组成,二者结合可以在涂料颜填料质量控制、颜填料分析、涂层分析、涂料全剖析等方面发挥重要的作用,为改进涂料工艺、提升产品质量提供强有力的技术支持。文中结合SEM/ EDS 在各个方面的应用实例,对SEM/ EDS 在涂料中的应用展开系统的讨论。

Abstract: The further development of coating industry needs higher requirements of analyzing the coatings. The scanning electron microscope energy spectrometer(SE M/EDS) is one of the important means for the micro probe analysis of coatings. Specifically it can not only analyze the surface morphology of the sample, but also analyze the elements of a given micro-area. Such a synergy plays an important role in the quality control of paint, the analysis of pigment and filler, film analysis and paint analysis, etc, which provides a significant support to the improvement of coating process and product quality. Based on several application examples, a system research on the application of SEM/EDS in coatings has been made.
