摘要: 酸催化剂能够让氨基烤漆在较低的温度或较短的时间快速反应,为了解不同的酸催化剂对水性氨基烤漆性能的影响,更有效地进行配方设计。使用封闭型对甲苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、封闭型十二烷基苯磺酸、二壬基萘磺酸、二壬基萘二磺酸 5种酸催化剂分别加入不同类型的水性氨基烤漆中,测试氨基烤漆的黏度、贮存稳定性,以及对比 150 ℃和 200 ℃ 2种烘烤条件下漆膜的铅笔硬度、耐冲击性、耐溶剂性、耐水煮性的差异。结果表明:封闭型十二烷基苯磺酸在提升漆膜硬度和耐溶剂性的同时,对黏度、漆膜的外观、耐冲击性、耐水煮性以及贮存稳定性的影响都较小;封闭型对甲苯磺酸对硬度和耐溶剂性提升效果明显,但不利于漆膜的外观、耐冲击性和耐水煮性。

Abstract: Acid catalysts could enable amino baking coatings to quickly react at lowertemperature or in a shorter time. It was beneficial to design more effective formulations afterunderstanding the effects of different acid catalysts in waterborne amino baking coatings. Inthis paper,five types of acid catalysts,blocked p-toluene sulfonic acid,dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid,blocked dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid,dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid,and dinonylnaphthalene disulfonic acid,were added to different types of waterborne amino baking coatings,to compare the viscosity and storage stability of the coating,the difference in pencil hardness,impact resistance,solvent resistance,and boiling resistance of the coating film under twobaking conditions of 150℃ and 200℃. The results showed that the blocked dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid could increase hardness and solvent resistance of the film,meanwhile,indicated less effects on the viscosity,film appearance,impact resistance,the resistance to boiling water and storage stability. The blocked p-toluene sulfonic acid showed significant effects onhardness and solvent resistance improvement,but adversed to film appearance,impact,and boiling water resistance.
