UV 固化水性环氧衣康酸树脂的合成及性能研究

Synthesis and Performance Research of UV Curable Waterborne Epoxy Itaconic Acid Resin

摘要: 利用含有柔性链段的聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGGE)对环氧树脂(E-51)进行降黏增韧改性,然后与衣康酸(IA)进行酯化反应,将光敏基团和羧基同时引入到树脂中,合成 UV 固化水性环氧衣康酸树脂。 研究了反应温度、催化剂种类及用量对合成树脂的影响,PEGGE 用量、中和剂对树脂 涂膜性能的影响;用红外光谱对合成树脂进行了表征。 结果表明:当 PEGGE 环氧基与 E-51 环氧基的物质的量比为1∶1,反应温度为105 °C,催化剂N,N-二甲基苄胺用量为1%,中和剂采用2-(二甲氨基)乙基丙烯酸酯时,合成树脂的反应速率和转化率较高,水性 UV 树脂(固含量 80%)稳定性较好,黏度低至 810 mPa·s,涂膜附着力 0 级,柔韧性 2 mm,耐冲击性 50 cm,树脂和涂膜综合性能优良。

Abstract: UV curable waterborne epoxy itaconic acid resin was synthesized by the esterification reaction of the epoxy resin that was modified by the viscosity reducing and toughening of the polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (PEGGE) containing flexible chain segment and the itaconic acid that introduced photosensitive groups and carboxylic into resin. The influences of the reacion temperature, the type and dosage of the catalyst on synthetic resin was studied.The influences of the dosage of PEGGE and neutralizers on the properties of resin and coatings was studied; The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The research results was that the reaction rate and conversion rate of the synthetic resin was hugher, the stability of the waterborne UV resin that the sold content was 80% was good,the viscosity was as low as 810 mPa.s the film adhesion level was 0, the flexibility was 2 mm, the resistance height was 50 cm and the comprehensive performance of resin and film was excellent, when the epoxy group ratio of and PEGGE was 1: 1, the reaction temperature was 105 ℃, the dosage of the catalyst N ,N-dimethyl benzyl amine was 1%, the neutralzing was 2-(dimethyl amine)ethyl acrylate.
