摘要: 利用自由基聚合将环氧基(单体GMA)引入有机硅聚合物中。通过FT-IR表征证明特征官能团(环氧基、硅氧基)存在。探索了GMA含量对单体转化率的影响。利用GPC对固定GMA含量时不同温度下的聚合物相对分子质量进行测定。将环氧改性有机硅聚合物与含端羟基的硅氧烷按比例混合制备涂料,加入其他功能填料和定量催化剂后固化成膜。测试结果显示,涂膜具有较小的接触角和较好的附着力。

Abstract: The epoxy group (GMA monomerwas incorporated into silicone polymer via radical polymerization. The FT-IR spectroscopic analyzer was used to certify the form of functional groups (e.g., epoxy group and silyloxy group) in polymer. The influence of GMA content on conversion of monomer was investigated. The molecular weight of polymers with the same GMA content prepared at different reaction temperature was measured via GPC. The epoxy-modified silicone polymer was mixed with terminal hydroxyl-containing siloxane to prepare a coating composition which was further added with functional fillers and catalyst to give a cured film showing lower contact angle and better adhesion.
