摘要: 为了提高无溶剂环氧涂料的耐磨性,采用玄武岩玻璃(即黑宝石)粉体作为无溶剂环氧玻璃鳞片涂料的改性增强材料。 给出了黑宝石粉体增强涂膜的耐水、力学及耐磨性能曲线。 发现当粉体添加比例分别为 7.5%、12.5%、5%时,涂膜具有最佳的耐水性、拉伸性能、耐磨性。

Abstract: Basalt glass powder is used as the enhancing material for solvent-free epoxy coatings. The curves of water resistance, mechanical properties, abrasion resistance as a function of the powder ratio respectively were recorded, which indicate that the best water resist-ance, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance were obtained respectively when the powder contents were 7. 5%, 12. 5% and 5%.
