2 棉花状纳米Co3O4对醇酸清漆防腐性能的影响

Influence of Cotton-like Nano Co3O4 on Corrosion Resistance of Alkyd Varnish

摘要: 【目的】为了提高醇酸清漆的防腐性,制备了一种棉花状纳米 Co3O4缓蚀剂。【方法】采用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)、 X射线粉末衍射仪( XRD)及傅立叶变换红外光谱仪( FT-IR)对棉花状纳米 Co3O4进行表征。采用极化曲线、交流阻抗、盐水浸泡腐蚀试验及吸水率试验研究了添加棉花状纳米 Co3O4的醇酸涂层的性能。【结果】纯醇酸涂层腐蚀电流密度为 42. 24 μA/cm2,清漆中棉花状纳米  Co3O4的质量分数为 0. 12%~0. 25%时,腐蚀电流密度为 1. 02~1. 56 μA/cm2经过 20 d盐水浸泡腐蚀试验,复合涂层只是轻微腐蚀,而纯醇酸涂层腐蚀非常严重,复合涂层吸水率降低到 4%左,右,而纯醇酸涂层吸水率超过 12%。【结论】棉花状纳米  Co3O4能显著改善醇酸清漆的防腐性能。

Abstract: [Objective]In order to improve the anticorrosive property of alkyd varnish,a cotton-like nano  Co3O4 corrosion inhibitor was prepared.[Methods]The cotton-like nano- Co3O4 was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD) and infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),respectively. The performance of the alkyd coating with the addition of cotton-like nano-Co3O4 was tested by polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,salt water immersion corrosion test and water absorption rate test.[Results]The corrosion current density of pure alkyd coating was 42. 24 μA/cm2,and the corrosion current density was 1. 02-1. 56 μA/cm2 when the mass fraction of cotton-like nano- Co3O4 in the varnish was 0. 12%-0. 25%;the composite coating was only slightly corroded,while the pure alkyd coating was very seriously corroded after 20 d salt water immersion corrosion test;the water absorption rate of the composite coating was reduced to about 4%, while the absorption rate of the pure alkyd coating was more than 12%.[Conclusion]The cotton-like  Co3O4 nanomaterial could significantly improve the anticorrosion performance of alkyd varnish.
