摘要: 【目的/意义】构建超疏表面可有效解决金属材料使用过程中的腐蚀、结垢、结蜡等现象,还可赋予金属材料自清洁、减阻、耐摩等特殊功能,具有极高的应用价值和市场前景。【分析/评论/进展】简单介绍了超疏涂层的构建及作用原理,系统地总结了超疏涂层在防腐、阻垢、防蜡方面的相关研究成果,分析了作用原理及其优势。【结论/展望】超疏涂层在实际应用中会面临防护持久性、制备成本、环境适应性等问题,为研制开发高性能、多功能涂层,可从优化涂层表面性质、增强防护长效性和优化涂层组分等方面着手。

Abstract: [Objective/Significance] Constructing a superhydrophobic surface can effectivelysolve phenomena such as corrosion,scaling,and waxing in the use of metal materials. It can also endowmetal materials with special functions such as self-cleaning,drag reduction,and wear resistance,and has high application value and market prospects.[Analysis/Discussion/Progress]The article brieflyintroduced the construction and working mechanisms of superlyophobic coatings,systematicallysummarized recent research achievements in applications for anti-corrosion,anti-scaling,and anti-waxing, and analyzed their underlying principles and advantages.[Conclusion/Prospect] Superlyophobic coatings encountered challenges in practical applications such as durability of protection,fabrication costs,and environmental adaptability. To develop high-performance and multifunctional coatings,research efforts should focus on optimizing surface properties,enhancing long-term protective performance,and improving coating composition.
