摘要: 介绍了汽车免中涂工艺的应用背景及工艺特点,将免中涂工艺与传统的三涂两烘 (3C2B)工艺进行了对比,同时也比较了各厂家免中涂工艺的差异,结果表明:免中涂工艺在保证了与传统 3C2B 工艺一致的涂膜外观水平和材料性能的前提下,简化了涂装工艺,降低了能耗,减少了污染物排放,节省了成本,提高了整车的利润空间,是目前最具发展前景的涂装技术之一。

Abstract: The applications and technical characteristics of the intercoat -free coating process for automotive have been introduced. A comparison of the intercoat-free coating process and conventional process 3C2B has been carried out. In addition, the performance of the intercoat-free coatings process operated by different automotive manufacturers is compared. It is indicated that the intercoat-free coating process enables the coated substrate to show the same properties (e.g., film appearance and physical performance ) as the 3C2B process, meanwhile, simplifies the coating process, reduces the energy consumption and pollutant emission, saves the cost and improves the profit margin per unit, regarding as one of the promising coating technologies.
