摘要： 采用在挖掘机结构件底漆喷涂前增加预涂工艺的方法，有效地解决了复杂结构件的涂装防腐问题，底漆喷涂的效率大大提高，并降低了涂料消耗量。

Abstract: In this paper, the precoating process is used before the primer spraying process, which effectively solves the corrosion control of structural parts The result shows that the spraying efficiency is improved and the coating consumption is reduced.
