摘要: 以 Q355GNH 耐候钢板为底材,研究了 Q355GNH 耐候钢板经镀锌、涂覆防腐涂料、渗锌、达克罗处理后的耐中性盐雾性能。 研究表明:经渗锌处理的样板耐盐雾性能较差,经镀锌处理的样板耐盐雾性能取决于镀层膜厚,经达克罗处理、渗锌加达克罗处理及防腐涂料处理的样板耐盐雾性能较好,耐盐雾试验时间均达到6 709 h。

Abstract: The weathering resistant Q355GNH as the substrate was treated by different methods such as electroplating, anticorrosive organic coating, dacromet, sherardizing and synergy thereof to investigate its neutral salt fog resistance. The results showed that the neutral salt fog resistance of the sherardizing sample was not good and the electroplating sample was subject to the film thickness, whereas the dacromet sample, sheardizing plus dacromet sample and organic coating sample gave good neutral salt fog resistance up to 6 709 h.
