乳化剂体系对苯丙乳液平均粒径的影响

摘要: 设计苯丙乳液配方中的乳化剂体系,讨论了乳化剂的类型和用量、加入方式及其配比等对乳液平均粒径的影响。 借助马尔文激光粒度分布仪对乳液平均粒径进行测试,结果表明:乳化剂总用量越多,乳液平均粒径越小;反应型阴离子乳化剂比普通阴离子乳化剂所得乳液平均粒径小;非离子乳化剂中聚氧乙烯基数目越多,乳液平均粒径越小;乳化剂在预乳化液与打底液中的分配比例越小,乳液平均粒径越小;对于阴非离子乳化剂复配体系,阴离子乳化剂用量比例越大,乳液平均粒径越小。

Abstract: Emulsifiers were used in styrene-acrylic emulsion formula. The effects of the dosage, type, adding method and ratio of emulsifiers on the average particle size of the styrene-acrylic emulsion were discussed. The prepared emulsions were characterized by laser particle size analyzer. The result showed that the average particle size of emulsion became smaller if satisfying at least one of the following conditions: emulsifier dosage is increased, reactive emulsifier rather than conventional emulsifier was used, the number of Eo group in nonionic emulsifier increased, the ratio of pre-emulsified and primer solution in terms of emulsifier decreased and/or the proportion of anionic emulsifier in synergy of anionic/nonionic emulsifier composite increased.
