摘要: 以环氧树脂 E-51、甲基纳迪克酸酐、聚乙二醇为原料合成了反应型乳化剂,最佳工艺条件是酯化反应时间为 3 h,温度为 75 °C ;环氧开环反应时间为 5 h,温度为 100 °C 。 通过相反转法制备出水性环氧树脂乳液,并调节配方得到水性环氧地坪面漆,该漆膜性能优异。

Abstract: A reactive emulsifier was synthesized from epoxy(E-51), MNA and PEG, and the optimal process conditions were determined: esterification reaction for 3 h at 75 C,ringopening reaction for 5 h at 100 Co Thus a waterborne epoxy resin emulsion based on the reactive emulsifier was prepared, and further to prepare waterborne epoxy floor coatings via formula design, which formed a cured film showing excellent properties.
