摘要: 为验证低温固化粉末涂料在铝轮毂上应用的可行性,研究选取了低温固化粉末涂料和普通粉末涂料作对比,分析了低温固化粉末涂料的低温固化实现机理;检测了2种粉末的烘烤特性,绘制了烘烤曲线;并对喷涂后的轮毂进行了力学性能检测(屈服强度和可靠性实验)和涂膜试验(附着力、抗石击性、耐水性、盐雾试验和平衡块粘贴试验);最后对低温工艺在铝车轮生产上应用推广做出分析和评估。结果表明:低温固化粉末涂料工艺轮毂的抗冲击性优于高温粉末涂料工艺轮毂,并且涂膜性能合格。

Abstract: A comparison between the low temperature curing powder coatings and the ordinary powder coatings has been made to verify the feasibility of the application of low temperature curing powder coatings in aluminum hub. Firstly the curing mechanism of low temperature curing powder coatings is analyzed. Secondly the baking performance of the two kinds of powder coatings is tested and thus the baking curve therefrom is charted. Thirdly the mechanical properties (e.g., yield strength and reliability of the sprayed hub and the film properties (e.g., adhesion, water resistance, chipping resistance, salt spray test and balance block paste test) are investigated. Finally the application of low temperature curing process in aluminum bub is evaluated.
