摘要: 细乳液聚合因其体系稳定性高、成核期长、聚合速率适中以及单体不需要通过水相扩散等独特之处而备受关注,随着对细乳液聚合组分、均质技术以及细乳液聚合机理的深入研究,细乳液聚合的应用日益广泛。总结了细乳液的制备过程、稳定机理、体系组成和聚合动力学,综述了近几年细乳液聚合在各个领域的应用研究进展,其中疏水性聚合物乳液、聚氨酯 -丙烯酸酯( PUA)乳液等可应用于防腐、防水和可剥离涂料,细乳液聚合的应用正向着多功能化发展。

Abstract: Mini-emulsion polymerization was widely noted for their unique features such as high system stability,long nucleation period,moderate polymerization rate and no diffusion of monomers through the aqueous phase. With the in-depth research on the components of mini-emulsion polymerization,homogenization technology and the mechanism of mini-emulsion polymerization,the application of mini-emulsion polymerization was becoming more and more widespread. The preparation process,stabilization mechanism,system composition and polymerization kinetics of mini-emulsion were summarized in this paper. Additionally,the recent research progresses of mini-emulsion polymerization in various fields of application were reviewed,and hydrophobic polymer emulsions,polyurethane-acrylate(PUA)emulsions,etc. could be applied in anticorrosive,waterproof,and peelable coatings. The application of mini-emulsion polymerization was moving toward multifunctionality.
