Synthesis and Antifouling Properties of 3-Oxobenzo[d] Isothiazole-2(3H)-Phenyl Formic Esters

摘要: 通过取代苯酚与苯并异噻唑啉酮(BIT)反应,合成了6个未见文献报道的1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮-2-甲酸苯酯类化合物作为一类新型防污剂,研究了合成化合物对藤壶二期无节幼虫的急性毒性效应。实验结果表明该类化合物对藤壶幼虫均有良好的毒杀作用;活性最优者,24 h半数致死浓度仅为0.47 mg/L。浅海挂板90 d防污效果良好,未见明显污损生物附着。引入具有杀菌活性的酚类基团后,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮-2-甲酸苯酯类化合物比BIT具有更优良的防污性能。

Abstract: Six novel compounds(i.e., 3-oxobenzo[ d isothiazole-2(3H)-phenyl formic esters)were synthesized from benzo-isothiazol and substituted phenol as a kind of novel antifouling agent. The structures of the compound were characterized by means of FT-IR and IHNMR. The acute toxicity effects of benzo-isothiazolone derivatives on the barnacle larvae were investigated. The results showed that all of the compounds exhibited prominent toxic effect. The best half lethal concentration of compound was only 0. 47 mg /L. The shallow sea experiments showed that the antifouling effect was excellent. The test panels could not be attached by marine fouling organisms in the seawater for 90 days. The antifouling effect of compounds incorporated with the phenol groups was better than BIT.
