多壁碳纳米管 / 环氧复合涂层的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Property of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes/Epoxy Composite Coating

摘要: 对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTS)进行酸化处理得到 MWCNTs-COOH(酸化碳纳米管),然后用KH560 对其进行表面修饰,通过 XRD、FT-IR、TGA 等手段表征了改性结果,分别制备了含多壁碳纳米管5%、3%、2%、1%、0.7%的 MWCMTs/ 环氧复合涂层。 利用耐磨仪、电化学工作站(EIS)、TGA 测试了复合涂层的性能,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了其表面形貌。 结果表明:复合涂层中 MWCNTs 含量为 2%时,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能均达到最高;多壁碳纳米管对复合涂层的热稳定性也有一定的影响。

Abstract: Multi-walled carbon nanotube was acidified to form MWCNTs, which was then modified with silane coupling agent(e.g. KH560). The modified MWCNTs was characterized by the XRD, FT-IR and TGA etc. Different MWCNTs/epoxy composite coating containing 5%,3%,2%,1%,0.7% of MWCNTs respectively was prepared, and properties of the resulted composite coating were tested by wear tester, EIS and TGA. Finally the surface morphology was observed by SEM. The results showed that a MWCNTs/epoxy composite coating containing 2% of MWCNTs exhibited the best properties including wearability and anticorrosion, meanwhile the MWCNTs could affect the thermal stability of composite coating.
