摘要: 飞机旋翼部分为飞机提供升力和操纵,国内外均采用先进复合材料制备飞机的旋翼桨叶部分。针对飞机旋翼高速旋转以及受环境影响等因素,采用聚酯树脂作为基料树脂,以三氧化二铬和碳化硅作为功能填料,选用HDI三聚体为固化剂,并添加其他原材料,研制出一种具有对复合材料有优异附着力、耐磨性,综合防护性能好的飞机旋翼用聚氨酯涂料。研究结果表明:所研制的涂料在复合材料表面的附着力、耐磨性、耐雨蚀以及其他耐介质性良好。

Abstract: Aircraft rotor provide lift and control for itself. The rotor blades are made by advanced composite at home and abroad. Considering the high speed spinning and specific flight environment, using polyester resin as binder resin, with chromic oxide and silicon carbide as functional filler, selection of HDI trimer as the curing agent, and add other materials, we develop this polyurethane coating of excellent adhesion for composite, excellent abrasion resistence and other protective performance for aircraft rotor, and do some testing for adhesion, abrasion, rain-erosion, and other medium resistance.
