摘要: 建筑隔热涂料是一种新型的建筑节能材料,彩色墙体反射隔热涂料及玻璃隔热涂料的研究和生产受到越来越多的关注。以深圳地区常见的 18层居民建筑为模型,采用清华斯维尔节能设计软件(BECS20120720),按照《深圳市居住建筑节能设计标准实施细则》(SJG15-2005)进行能耗计算,计算了不同情况下的空调年耗电量,结果表明:在窗墙比小于 0.5时,采用不同颜色的反射隔热涂料可以满足 50%的节能要求,窗墙比≥0.75时,结合玻璃隔热涂料也可满足住宅建筑 50%的节能要求。

Abstract: As a kind of novel energy saving building materials, thermal insulation coating has been used in more and more residential buildings. Color reflective thermal insulation coating for building wall and windows glass were concerned by researchers and manufacturers. A building with 18 floors in Shenzhen was chosen as an example, the energy consumption was calculated by Thsware energy saving design software(BECS20120720)in accordance with SJG15-2005<Detailed rules for application in Shenzhen for residential buildings energy efficiency design standard >.The results showed that various color thermal insulation coating could satisfy the demand of 50% energy-saving in the case of window-wall ratio below 0.5.When the ratio was above 0.75, 50% energy-saving of residential building could still be reached by the combined use of reflective thermal insulation coating for glasss windows.
