The Preparation of EPOXY-NIPU Hybrid Coating by Using Renewable Resources

摘要: 采用可再生资源环氧大豆油(ESBO)作为原料与二氧化碳反应合成环碳酸酯基大豆油(CSBO),再通过 CSBO与乙二胺及二乙烯三胺分别反应制备非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)预聚体;以其作为固化剂与环氧树脂 E-51反应制备环氧 -非异氰酸酯聚氨酯杂化涂膜。通过 FT-IR对 NIPU预聚物结构进行分析,证明了聚氨酯特征基团氨基甲酸酯键的生成;所制备的清漆涂膜综合性能优良,对比纯环氧体系,其耐化学性、耐磨性能更优异;同时其制备过程中不使用有毒性的异氰酸酯,安全环保。

Abstract: The cyclic carbonate soybean oil( CSBO )was prepared by using the renewable resources soybean oil and carbon dioxide, then the non- isocyanate polyurethane(NIPU)prepolymer with the amino was systhesised by the reaction between the CSBO and the ethylene diamine and diethylene triamine respectively. The epoxy -NIPU hybrid coating was prepared by using NIPU as the curing agent and epoxy resin. The formation of urethanes group, the char-acteristic group of PU, was verified by FT-IR analysis. The hybrid coating showed high pertormance, especially the excellent chemical resistance and wear resistance. The preparation process was safe and environment frendily, as no use of the toxic isocyanate.
