玻璃隔热涂料应用于夏热冬暖地区的节能分析

Energy-saving Analysis of Thermal Insulation Coatings for Glass in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Regions

摘要: 以水性聚氨酯和纳米功能粉体为主要组分,制备了透明隔热涂料,将其用于玻璃表面,可获得较高的可见 光透射比和较低的遮阳系数。选取深圳和福州作为夏热冬暖地区中南区和北区的示例城市,对玻璃隔热涂料、中空玻 璃、单片 Low-E玻璃和中空 Low-E玻璃的节能效果和节能成本进行了分析,结果表明,外窗涂覆采用玻璃隔热涂料, 在同一节能率的要求下所需的成本较低

Abstract: A transparent thermal insulation coatings was prepared by waterbome PU and nanometer func-tional powders as the primary components. Glass coated with this thermal insulation coatings showed a higher light transmittance and a lower shading coefficient. Shenzhen and Fuzhou were chosen to be the typical cities in south and north regions respectively for analysis of effect and cost of energy saving. The comparison be-tween thermal insulation coatings for glass, double glazing, single LOW-E glass and LOW-E double glazing showed that at the same energy saving efficiency, application of thermal insulation coatings for glass gave a lower cost
