摘要: 基于减少能源消耗和缓解热岛效应的要求,分别将镍钛黄和钴蓝、铁锌铬棕和二氧化钛复掺作为颜料,以自制的硅溶胶-苯丙复合乳液为基料,制备了 2 种系列的建筑节能涂层,并探究复掺颜料比例对涂层性能的影响。 采用XRD衍射仪、紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计、长波发射率仪和精密色差仪对颜料和建筑节能涂层性能进行表征,采用红外灯模拟太阳热源测量复掺颜料涂层的隔热性能。 结果表明:金红石型镍钛黄和二氧化钛的近红外反射特性类似,将其分别与钴蓝和铁锌铬棕复掺可以提高复掺涂层的近红外平均反射率,并可随复掺比例的改变调节涂层颜色;当镍钛黄与钴蓝、铁锌铬棕与二氧化钛复掺质量比分别为 10 ∶1和 1 ∶5时,涂层近红外平均反射率最大可达 66.81%和65.98%,涂层分别呈现出苹果绿色和淡乳白色,平衡温度分别比空白石棉水泥板低 10.6 °C 和 9.8 °C ,隔热性能优异。

Abstract:
Based on the requirement of reducing energy supplies and relieving urban heat island mitigation, two series of blended pigments energy-saving architectural coatin prepared using nickel titanium yellow/cobalt blue and iron zinc chrome brown/titanium dioxide as pigments and modified silica sol-styrene acrylic emulsion as adhesive.The influence of proportion of two types of blended pigments on properties of coatings was discussed. The properties of pigments and coatings were tested and characterized using XRD diffraction, ultraviolet/visible/near infrared spectrophotometer techniques, device of long wave emissivity and precision chromatic meter, The infrared lamp simulating sunlight heat experiment was applied to analysis the heat insulation of the coatings. The results demonstrated that near infrared reflectance properties of rutile nickel titanium yellow was similar to that of titanium dioxide. Average near infrared reflectance of coatings could be increased when cobalt blue and iron zinc chrome brown was blended with nickel titanium yellow and titanium dioxide respectively. In addition, the color of the coatings could be changed by different proportion of blended pigments. The average near infrared reflectance of coatings reached 66.81%and 65.98% respectively when the mass ratio of nickel titanium yellow/cobalt blue was 10:1 and of iron zinc chrome brown/titanium dioxide was 1:5 respectively. Meanwhile, the color of coatings was apple green and light milky white. The equilibrium temperature of the coatings
was 10.6 ℃ and 9.8 ℃ lower than that of the asbestos cement as control sample respectively. The prepared coatings had excellent heat resistance.
