摘要: 规模化丙烯酸树脂生产企业中有多套反应釜,管线多阀门多,产生的计量、内漏、单体滞留等问题都不易解决。用多功能阀门矩阵代替传统的阀门、管道连接方式,可简化装置、减少投资,实现阀门内漏的自动检测,杜绝物料滞留现象。

Abstract: Large- scale factory of acrylic resin has more than one set of reactor equipped with many pipelines and valves, with many problems difficult to resolve, such as automatic feeding, metering, internal leakage and monomer retention. Replacing traditional means of valves pipe connection with multifunctional valve matrix can simplify synthesis facilities, reduce investment. achieve automatic monitoring of internal leakage and eliminate internal retention.
