摘要: 以溶液聚合法合成了 2种不同组成的羟基丙烯酸树脂,研究了引发剂、反应温度与共聚物组成对共聚物相对分子质量、羟值和聚合体系黏度的影响。采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体分别与 2种羟基丙烯酸树脂进行交联固化,并表征了树脂及其交联固化涂膜的机械性能、耐化学试剂性能和热稳定性。结果表明:共聚物组成中苯乙烯的加入明显降低了聚合体系的黏度,提高了树脂固含量,改善了涂膜物理性能。通过对引发剂用量、聚合反应温度、反应单体配比的控制,成功地制备出固含量为 70%,综合性能优良的羟基丙烯酸树脂。

Abstract: In this paper, two hydroxyl acrylic resins with different components were synthesized by solution polymerization process. The influence of initiator, reaction temperature and copolymer composition on the relative molecular mass, hydroxyl value and viscosity of lymerization system were studied. Two kinds of hydroxyl acry lic coating resins were cured with hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) trimer. And mechanical properties, chemical resist-ance and thermal stability properties of the resins and their crosslinked film were characterized. The results showed that addition of styrene in the copolymer composition could signifity of the polymerization system, increase the resin solid content and cantly reduce the Viscos improve the physical properties of the resin film. By controlling the initiator dosage, polymeri-zation temperature and monomer ratio, a hydroxyl acrylic resin with best comprehensive properties and 70% of solid content was prepared successfully.
