长余辉蓄能发光涂料的研制

Development of Long-Afterglow Energy Storage Luminescence Paint

摘要: 采用 C5 石油树脂乳液和自制 CaSiO3:Eu2+,Dy 3+硅酸盐蓄能发光材料制备长余辉蓄能发光涂料,试验考 察了蓄能发光材料加入量对蓄能发光涂料的光学性能和涂料原有性能的影响,并对蓄能发光涂料产品进行性能分析。 结果表明:蓄能发光材料加入量在 25%左右时,蓄能发光涂料的余晖时间可达 8 h以上,同时又能满足涂料原有性能 的要求,如稳定性、耐冲击性和耐水性等。蓄能发光涂料的 XRD图与  CaSiO3:Eu2+,Dy 3+的 XRD图之间没有明显差 别,表明 C5 石油树脂和助剂填料的加入并没有改变  CaSiO3:Eu2+,Dy 3+的晶格结构和发光特性。

Abstract:

Long-afterglow energy storage luminescence paints were prepared with CaSiO3:Eu2+,Dy 3+  silicate energy storage luminescence materials and film forming substance C, resin emulsion. Effects of the amount of storage uminescence material on the optical performance of energy storage luminescence paint and the convensional paint performances were studied and the performances of storage luminescence paint were also analyzed. The results showed that when the amount of storage luminescence material were about 25% , the afterglow time of storage luminescence paint could be up to 8 h, while meeting the requirements of the original performances of paint such as stability, impact resistance and water resistance. The XRD patterns of storage luminescence paint and CaSiO3:Eu2+,Dy 3+ showed no significant differences, which suggested that C5 petroleum resin, additives and fillers added did not change the crystal structures and luminescence properties of CaSiO3:Eu2+,Dy 3+.
