风电叶片涂层性能影响和固化工艺的实验研究

摘要: 通过测试附着力、耐候性、耐磨性和接触角评估了International和Planar2种双组分聚氨酯涂料,并分别测试了快速和慢速固化工艺条件对2种涂料涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:在相同工艺条件下,International涂料耐候性优异,而Planar涂料耐磨性能优异同时具有一定的疏水性能。固化工艺对2种涂料性能影响趋势相同,快速固化会因部分溶剂残留而影响附着力和耐候性。

Abstract: Adhesion performance test, weathering resistance performance test, falling sand abrasion resistance test and contact angle test were used to evaluate International and Planar two kinds of two-component polyurethane coatings. The effect of fast and slow curing process on the performance of these two coatings was tested. The results showed that under the same curing condition, the weathering resistance of International paint was excellent, while the wear resistance and hydrophobic properties of Planar coating were good. The influence of curing process on these two coatings showed the same trend. fast-curing process might cause part of solvent traces, leading to negative effect on the adhesion and weathering resistance.
