影响纳米 ITO透明隔热涂料性能的因素

Study on Factors Influencing Performance of NANO-ITO Transparent Thermal Insulating Coatings

摘要: 以纳米氧化铟锡(ITO)为隔热功能性材料,以丙烯酸树脂为成膜剂,采用共混法将无机 ITO和有机丙烯酸进行复合得到纳米ITO透明隔热涂层材料。研究了 ITO不同用量对涂层可见光透过率、红外线透过率、紫外线透过率以及热学、机械性能的影响,优化了 ITO在纳米透明隔热涂层中的用量,比较了不同成膜剂用量对各种性能的影响。结果表明:所制得的纳米 ITO透明隔热涂膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到了9.28MPa、268%。具有良好的隔热效果,可见光透过率达 80%以上,红外线透过率小于 10%。

Abstract:

Transparent thermal insulating coatings were prepared by blending nano-indium-tin oxide(ITO), as a heat insulation functional material, and acrylic resin as binder. The influence of amount of ITO on the transmittance of visible light, infrared UV light, as well as thermal and mechanical properties, and the optimiztion of the ITO level were discussed. The effect of film-former content on various performances was also investigated. The results indicated that the tensile strength and elongation at break of nano -composite film were 9. 28 Mpa and 268% respectvely, and the transmittance of visible light and infrared light were above 80% below 10% respectively.
