摘要: 介绍了一种新型搅拌器性能测试平台的结构特点、工作原理和使用性能,并对相关软件作了说明。以桨式、开启涡轮式、圆盘涡轮式、推进式等传统桨叶进行实验,并使用 FLUENT6.3对其中 3种常规桨叶搅拌功率进行数值模拟,实验与 CFD模拟结果表明该实验平台性能稳定,操作简便,具有很好的精度。

Abstract: A mixer pertormance testing platform was developed. The structure characteristics, working principle and performance of operation were introduced, and the related software was also introduced. Paddle type, open turbine disc type, turbine type, propulsion and other traditional blade were tested, and FLUENT6. 3 was used for numerical simulation the power of three conventional paddle-type stirrers. Experiment and CFD simulation test results showed that the test platform was featured by its stable performance, simple operation and good accuracy.
