高红外辐射技术及其在药筒表面涂装中的应用

摘要: 阐述了高红外辐射涂膜固化原理,介绍了高红外涂膜固化设备的关键技术,通过实验分析了高红外辐射技术在药筒涂装烘干中的应用效果。实验结果表明:高红外辐射技术在药筒涂装烘干中具有良好的应用前景,可以显著缩短涂膜固化时间,提高药筒涂装效率,节约能源。

Abstract: The curing mechanism by use of high infrared radiation technology and key technologies of high infrared curing equipment were described and discussed in detail. In addition, application results of high infrared radiation technology during baking process were studied. Experiments result showed that high infrared technology could be used to cure paint film on cartridge case with a good application prospect, such as significantly shortening curing time, improving the coating efficiency of cartridge case, and saving energy.
