摘要: 利用动态热分析实验技术,在不同环境和升温速率条件下,测定防火涂料随温度的热效应变化,研究其阻燃特性。 结果表明:不同品牌的水性膨胀饰面型防火涂料的阻燃特性具有较大差异;其受热分解过程可分为 2 个或 3 个阶段,第一阶段为 120 ~ 270 °C ,第二阶段为 270 ~ 500 °C ,第三阶段为 500 ~ 800 °C 。 针对防火涂料的成炭和起泡 2 个关键阶段,计算比较相应阶段的热分析动力学“ 三因子” ( 活化能、指前因子、反应机理) ,为评估防火涂料的阻燃性能提供了新途径。

Abstract: This article uses the dynamic thermal analysis technology to explore the firepro of coating in terms of thermal effects that might be varied with environment and temperature, so as to study the mechanism of flame retardant The results of the experiment indicate that different type of waterborne intumescent fire retardant coating has different flame retardant properties with a large margin. The thermal decomposition is mainly divided into two or three temperature ranges. The first range is from 120 ℃ to 270 ℃, the second range is from 270 ℃ to 500 ℃, and the third range is from 500 ℃ to 800 ℃. Based on the two key phases (i.e,carbonization phase and foaming phase ) of fire retardant coatings exposed to fire, this article calculates and compares the thermal analysis kinetics "three factors" (i.e., activation energy,pre exponential factor, mechanism function) which can provide a new approach to evaluate the fire retardant property of the waterborne intumescent fire retardant coatings.
