聚酯粉末涂层在工业污染环境中的腐蚀行为研究

The Corrosion Behaviors of Polyester Powder Coating in Simulated Industrial Pollution Environment

摘要: 采用金相显微镜和交流阻抗谱研究了涂层缺陷以及不同前处理工艺对建筑铝合金6063在0.04 mol/L Na2SO4溶液(pH=3.0)中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明:未经铬酸钝化处理的铝合金缺陷粉末涂层在0.04 mol/L Na2SO4(pH=3.0)溶液中浸泡50 d后,其划痕处堆积满腐蚀产物,划痕两侧局部出现明显翘起和气泡;浸泡相同时间的经铬酸钝化处理的铝合金粉末涂层其腐蚀速率低约1个数量级,铝合金钝化膜能延缓腐蚀,提高缺陷涂层和完整涂层的阻抗。

Abstract: In the present paper, the corrosion behaviors of architectural Al alloy 6063 with various treatments and polyester powder coating in 0.04 mol/L Na, S0, (pll =3.0)solution were investigated by metallographic microscope and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS ). The results showed that crosscut was covered with corrosion products after Powder coating without chromic acid passivation immersing Into 0.04mol/L Na2SO4 (pH=3.0) solution for 50 days, bubble and peeling were found at the border of crosscut.It's corrosion rate was high by about ten times than that for the sample with chromic acid passivation. Aluminum passiating film could delay the corrosion of aluminum alloy and incraesed the impedance of defected coating and perfect coating.
