海水冷却塔用防护涂料的性能研究

摘要: 混凝土冷却塔是热电厂的重要组成之一,海水冷却塔在运行过程中,其结构腐蚀比淡水冷却塔要严重得多,目前普遍使用防护涂料体系进行保护。海水冷却塔内部所处的腐蚀环境不同,因此一些涂料厂家推荐冷却塔不同部位使用不同的防护涂料体系。选取了5种已经在电厂冷却塔上使用的防护涂料体系进行研究,通过附着力测试、耐盐水性试验、人工加速老化试验、盐雾试验和氯离子渗透测试5项性能测试,比较了它们对混凝土结构的保护效果,为今后的涂料体系选用提供参考。

Abstract: The concrete cooling tower is one of the important components of the thermal power plants.The structure corrosion of seawater cooling tower was more serious than fresh water cooling tower in operation. Currently, the protective coating system was widely used for its protection. The corrosive environments inside seawater cooling tower are different. some paint manufacturers recommended to use different protective coating systems for different parts of the cooling tower. In this paper, five kinds of protective coating systems were used in power plant cooling tower for research. Through the adhesion test, resistant to salt water test and artificial accelerated aging test, salt spray test and chlorine ion penetration test, their protective effects on concrete structures were compared and the results were beneficial for selection of the coating systems in the future.
