摘要: 将二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)胺化后作为亲水扩链剂成功制备出不含N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和有机锡的聚氨酯水分散体(PUD),研究了胺化工艺对PUD制备过程及乳液性能的影响,并对涂膜结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:胺化工艺不仅可以避免使用NMP和有机锡催化剂,而且可得到性能优异的PUD。该工艺简单,具有环境友好的优点。

Abstract: The title polyurethane aqueous dispersions (PUD) containing no N-Methyl Pyrrolidone (NMP) and organotin catalyst were prepared successfully with the aminated dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender, and the effects of amination process on the preparation technology and properties of PUD were investigated. The structures and the properties of PUD films were characterized. It was found that the amination process provided advantages of simple, and environment-friendly performance, as well as could prepare PUD with excellent properties and avoid using both organotin catalysts and NMP solvents.
