摘要: 合成了一种新型磺酸型水性聚氨酯扩链剂,通过红外光谱、核磁共振等方法证明了其化学结构,并与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇反应,制备出了高固含量、高性能的磺酸型水性聚氨酯(WPUS)。与合成的羧酸型水性聚氨酯(WPUC)对比发现:(1)WPUS的固含量可达50%以上,而WPUC最高仅有38%;(2)WPUS的粒径比WPUC更小;(3)WPUS具有更好的热稳定性;(4)WPUS的弹性模量远远高于WPUC,且断裂伸长率仍保持较高水平;(5)WPUS耐水性不如WPUC,但耐溶剂性比WPUC好。

Abstract: A new kind of sulfonated chain extender was synthesized successfully and its chemical structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and H-NMR, which was used to prepare the title high solid and high performance sulfonate-based waterborne polyurethane (WPUS) with isophorone disocyanate (IPDI) and polyester polyol(PBA1000). It was found when compared to the carboxylate-based waterborne polyurethane (WPUC )that the WPUS showed following special performance: (1) higher solid content, over 50%, (2)smaller particle size, (3) much better thermal stability, (4)excellent elastic modulus but still satisfying elongation, (5) a certain decrease in water resistance but a certain increase in solvent resistance.
