纳米二氧化硅在无铬耐指纹水性涂料中的行为研究

摘要: 纳米二氧化硅作为现代耐指纹液中的重要组分,对于耐指纹涂层的性能有着非常重要的作用。本研究通过中性盐雾实验、耐指纹测试、黏度测试等测试手段研究了纳米二氧化硅在无铬耐指纹水性涂料中的行为。结果表明:在同等涂覆条件下,耐指纹液中加入 2%纳米二氧化硅后,涂层盐雾试验 96h不腐蚀,耐指纹(△E)为 0.14,研究表明,耐指纹液中加入纳米二氧化硅后,涂层耐蚀性、耐指纹性显著提高,对涂料液有增稠作用,而且纳米二氧化硅的加入量与涂料液黏度之间近似呈线性关系。

Abstract: Nano-silica as an important component in fingerprint resistant waterborne paint plays a very important role in the performance of fingerprint resistant coating. he behavior of nano-silica in chrome-free and fingerprint resistant waterbome paint was studied by neutral salt spray test, fingerprint resistant test and viscosity test. The results showed that under the same application conditions, incorporation of 2% nano-silica in fingerprint resistant waterborne paint, could provide coatings with better corrosion resistance and fingerprint resistance as well as thickening effect the salt spray test could be up to 96 h. anti-fingerprint performance △E of the coating 0.14 and viscosity 11s. The relation between amount of nano -slica and viscosity of paint is nearly linear.
