摘要: 本文采用胶体电空间稳定机制,以聚羧酸盐为分散剂, 研究了纳米 S iO2粉体在水中的分散行为和表面化学特性, 讨论了 pH 值、分散剂种类及用量对体系的悬浮稳定性及流动特性的影响。在最佳pH 值和分散剂加入量条件下制备了高固含量、稳定性和分散性好的纳米 SiO2浆料。

                                                                                    Abstract: In this paper,polyeletrolyte and other dispersants were used to prepare the nano- SiO2 aqueous suspension.The dispersing hehavior and the surface chemical properties of the nano- SiO2 in the water were studied based on themechanisms of electrosteric stabilization and by means of Zeta- po tentia l and particle sizemeasurement.The influence of pH value,dispersant content on the suspension stability and the viscosity is discussed. The stable aqueous nano- SiO2 suspension with high solid contentwere obtained under the optimum condition.
