摘要: 探讨了Nanos4000-2纳米二氧化硅浓缩浆在涂料中的添加工艺,分析了Nanos4000-2纳米二氧化硅浓缩浆对环氧涂料、聚氨酯涂料性能的影响。研究表明:Nanos4000-2纳米二氧化硅浓缩浆通过前添加研磨工艺加入环氧涂料、聚氨酯涂料中能达到完全分散的状态;采用Nanos4000-2纳米二氧化硅浓缩浆改性后的环氧涂层防腐蚀性有明显提升;用其改性后的聚氨酯涂层的耐老化性、耐磨性、硬度及表面接触角均有所提高,涂层光泽变化不大。

Abstract: This paper discussed the dosing process of Nanos4000-2 Nano silica concentrate in coatings, and analyzed the influence of Nanos4000-2 Nano silica concentrate on performance of epoxy coatings and polyurethane coatings through a series of tests of Nanos4000-2 Nano silica concentrate in epoxy coatings and polyurethane coatings. Studies have shown that Nanos4000-2 Nano silica concentrate could be completely dispersed in epoxy coatings and polyurethane coatings when grinding before let down process. The coatings modified  by Nanos4000-2 Nano silica concentrate have shown significantly improved corrosion resistance wear resistance, hardness and little gloss reduction.
