摘要: 以具有抗菌性的功能单体丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基乙基溴化铵(PEDAB)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯及丙烯酸丁酯自由基聚合,合成了丙烯酸树脂。以此树脂配制涂料,并进行抗菌性检测。实验结果表明:合成树脂的最佳工艺条件为:在 100℃以正丁醇为溶剂、引发剂(BPO)的用量为 1%。抗菌性检测结果表明在合成树脂过程中功能单体的用量为 8%,涂膜对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌及黑曲霉的抗菌率均达到 99%。

Abstract: The acrylic resin was synthetized with an antibacterial monomer propylene ethyl dimethyl ammonium bromide(PEDAB), MMA, BMA and BA by free radical polymerization. The coating was prepared with the acrylic resin and antibiotic text was detected. Experimental results showed the optimum technological conditions of synthetic resin temperature 100 ℃, n-butyl alcohol as solvent, and dosage of the initiator(BPO)1%. The antimicrobial tests showed that the antibacterial rate of polymer was 99% for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, and aspergillus niger when the amount of PEDAB was added 8% by wt. in the process of resin polymerization.
