摘要: 以六氟环氧丙烷三聚体为原料,通过两步反应制备了2,5-二(三氟甲基)-3,6-二氧杂-全氟-1-壬酰胺基丙基二甲基丁基溴化铵(FOAB)。通过1H NMR、19F-NMR表征了FOAB的结构,且测试了FOAB的表面张力和热性能。结果表明:合成的新型季铵盐型氟碳表面活性剂FOAB具有优异的表面性能以及良好的热稳定性。另外,从六氟环氧丙烷三聚体出发制备了一种含氟单体(FOE),并将FOAB作为乳化剂应用于该单体的乳液聚合中,实验发现FOAB的乳化效果极佳,具备实际应用价值。

Abstract: A hydroxypropyl terminated fluorinated polysiloxane(PDMFS)was synthesized via anionic ring-opening polymerization with 1, 3, 5-trifluoropropyl-trimethyl cyclotrisiloxane (D, F)and Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane D )as raw materials, the 1, 3-bi( 3-hydroxypropyl)-1,1,3, 3-tetramethyl disiloxane( BHTS) as a termination agent, the lithium silanolate as the initiator and the dimethyl phthalate(DMP) as the promoter. The structure of the PDMFS was characterized by FT-IR and H NMR. In addition, The epoxy acrylate(EA) and PDMFS were used to modify waterborne polyurethane(WPU). The modified WPU emulsion was characterized and its properties were measured. The result showed that fluorinated silicone and epoxy acrylate-modified polyurethane coatings exhibited high mechanical strength, good emulsion stability, low water absorption and good thermal stability.
