常温固化酚醛环氧涂料的研制

摘要: 选择环氧官能度适中的酚醛环氧树脂作为基料,以脂环胺作为固化剂,制备了常温固化酚醛环氧涂料。考察了脂环胺的加成改性对其抗发白性和黏度的影响;探讨了3种脂环胺的耐化学品性差异;研究了苯甲醇对酚醛环氧漆膜的固化程度和耐化学品性的影响;分析了偶联剂对涂膜的抗阴极剥离作用。结果表明:选用官能度适中的DEN431作为酚醛环氧树脂;活泼氢当量为65的改性4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷作为固化剂;以苯甲醇作为增塑剂,其用量为酚醛环氧树脂的7.5%;以KH-550作为偶联剂,其用量为酚醛环氧树脂的0.5%(质量分数,下同);以DMP-30作为促进剂,其用量为酚醛环氧树脂的0.8%,得到耐化学品性与耐温性优异的常温固化酚醛环氧涂料。

Abstract: Due to its excellent chemical and heat resistance, room temperature curing phenolic epoxy coating has been widely used in marine heavy-duty corrosion protection. In this paper, a room temperature curing phenolic epoxy coating was formulated using phenolic epoxy resin with medium functionality as binder and three cycloaliphatic amines as curing agents.The influence of modification of curing agent on its blushing and viscosity was investigated. The difference of chemical resistance with three cycloaliphatic amines was discussed. The impact of benzyl alcohol on the curing extent and chemical resistance of cured film was studied. The effect of coupling agent on the cathodic disbonding of cured film was analyzed. The results indicated that room temperature curing phenolic epoxy coating formulated could provide outstanding chemical and heat resistance, which was comprised of phenolic epoxy DEN431 as binder, modified 4,4'-diaminodicyclohexyl methane with AHEW of 65 as curing agent, benzyl alcohol as plasticizer at 7. 5%, KH-550 as coupling agent 0. 5% and DMP-30 as accelerator 0. 8%.
