摘要: 以不同官能度的酚醛环氧树脂为基料,以改性多环脂环胺为固化剂,通过选择相应的颜填料和助剂,研制了酚醛环氧耐温涂料。 通过对该涂料各种耐温性能的测试,并与以改性 IPDA 作为固化剂的酚醛环氧涂料进行耐高温性能对比分析发现,研制的酚醛环氧耐温涂料具有优异的耐温性,其持续最高耐温极限温度为 200 ℃ ,同时能够满足 0~200 ℃范围内保温层下的防腐要求。

Abstract: An epoxy phenol novolac heat resistant coating was prepared with the selection of epoxy phenol novolac resin with different epoxy functionality as binder, polycyclamine as curing agent and corresponding pigments and additives. The heat resistant performance of the film derived from the prepared coating was tested and compared with epoxy phenol novolac film cured with modified IPDA curing agent, indicating that epoxy phenol novolac heat resistant coating prepared in this paper exhibited outstanding heat resistance. Moreover, its maximal-continuous service temperature in dry condition was 200 ℃, which could meet the demand of anticorrosion under insulation within temperature range of 0~200°C.
